Hello, everyone! This is “Somewhere Notes” for travel records.
Today, I will introduce a special restaurant at Incheon Airport Terminal 2, a Michelin-listed restaurant called **Hwangsaengga (Hwang-saeng-ga) Kalguksu**. If you want to eat real Korean food before your flight, this is the place to go!
What is Kalguksu?
Kalguksu is a famous Korean noodle dish. At this restaurant, its silky-soft noodles are served in a rich ox bone broth.
It comes with a little pepper for flavor. It’s a simple but delicious bowl of noodles!

How to Order Easily
You can order easily from the touch panel. It supports English, so don’t worry. If you don’t like spicy food, you can say: **”매운 것 따로 주세요 (Me-eun geot tta-ro ju-se-yo)”** which means “Please give me the picy topping separately.”

To change the language, please tap the orange circle on the bottom right of the screen. You’ll then be able to select a language on the bottom left.

Other Recommended Menu Items
Besides Kalguksu, I also recommend **Gomtang**. It’s a clear beef bone soup. It’s warm and perfect for a meal before a long flight.
The most common way to eat it is to pour the rice into the soup. This makes the taste much richer.

Good for Families!
This restaurant is also good for families with children. They have spoons and forks for kids, which is very helpful.

For Your Information:
- Please leave your suitcases at the front of the restaurant before you enter.
- Plates, forks, and kimchi are available at the self-service bar. Please feel free to get them yourself.
